About Me

Hello 4th Grade!

I am super excited to start my third year being apart of the BCE family! I am a 4th grade science and social studies teacher. Before being at BCE, I lived and grew up in Houston. I taught in Houston for a year and a half, in 4th and 5th grade then made the move to Austin! For college, I went to Texas A&M to receive my bachelor’s degree in Education. 

I am very grateful to have the opportunity to get to know my students, make them feel valued, and also to encourage them to be life long learners. 

When I am not in the classroom, I love being outdoors, reading, watching movies, or doing anything that lets me be creative! I recently got married last December. Starting a new part of my life, with my husband, here in Austin has been amazing!
