Ms. Rodgers

Hi there!

I’m Miss Rodgers, the new school-based therapist at Barton Creek Elementary! Last year I was at Cedar Creek Elementary and the year before that I was at Hill Country Middle School, and I have loved working in the Eanes school district. Previously I spent 5 years as a school social worker in Fountain Hills, Arizona, which is where I moved to Texas from. Since I was a kid I always knew I wanted to be a school counselor, so I feel very blessed to be working in this position. I also love connecting with parents so always feel free to give me a call or stop by my office (located in the library) if you’re ever on campus!

Outside of school you can find me doing all of the outdoor activities (walking around Zilker, paddle boarding, laying by the pool, playing pickleball, etc) or working out at the gym. I also enjoy reading and spending time with friends and family. I am so excited to be at BCE this year and look forward to getting to know all of the students and families in this sweet community!
