About Me

Hello! My name is Avery Hanna and this is my second year teaching at Hill Country Middle School. I graduated from the University of Texas in May of 2024 with my Bachelors in Applied Learning and Development, concentrating in Special Education. I am originally from San Antonio (Go Spurs!) but, I have lived in Austin for the last 6 years. In my free time I like to hangout with my cat and check out local concerts around Austin! I am so excited to jump into the school year!
