About Ms. Sauerbrun

I love being a part of the Hill Country Middle School family! Last summer I returned to Texas after spending two years in Florida, where I coached girls lacrosse.  This year  I’m very excited to be working with the English and Social Studies departments!  I graduated from Mount Holyoke College and hold a Master of Science from NYU along with an M.B.A.  I’m also a Certified Texas School Counselor.  Encouraging students to take ownership of their education is my mission. Helping students become successful by fostering independence and strengthening the crucial executive and social skills essential in all aspects of life is the goal for every student I work with.
