I am from Scottsdale, Arizona and come from a very large family. I moved to Austin 17 years ago. I have a 16 year old son named Charlie who is going to be a Junior at WHS. We live in Lost Creek with Fannie, our 14 year old Beagle. I love to travel and read!

This will be my 24th year teaching.
I received my Bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California and my Master’s degree in Education from Arizona State University. I hold teaching certifications in English Language Arts (7-12), General Education (EC-6), Special Education (EC-12), and ESL (K-12).
