My name is Alexandria Means and this is my 15th year teaching and 9th year of teaching American Sign Language (ASL) at Westlake HS. After graduating from Texas Woman's University with a Bachelor's degree in Health Education, I returned to earn my teaching certification in ASL and pursue a teaching career. I have previously worked in Dallas ISD as a paraprofessional for the deaf, Round Rock ISD as a long-term sub, Eanes ISD as a part-time ASL teacher, Hyde Park Baptist school as an ASL teacher, and I also offered private basic sign language classes in my neighborhood. I am very excited to heighten your love for ASL!!!
