The Nicholas Brothers, Fayard and Harold, were the legend African American dancers known for their acrobatic and tap-dancing skills. They were born in the early 20th century, they received fame in the 1930s and 1940s with their different blends of jazz, ballet, and tap. Their performances had incredible leaps, flips, and splits, and were very precise with perfect timing and sharpness of movement. Harold Nichloas also performed in the movie Tap casted with tap dancer Savion Glover, Harold Sims, and Dick Anthony Williams. They performed in several films, including "Stormy Weather" (1943), where their famous "Jumpin' Jive" routine was shown with their extraordinary talent. The Nicholas Brothers left a mark on dance history, making an influence on different generations of dancers and entertainers with their own style.
