Information on our Society
When do we meet?
We meet the first Tuesday of every month from 2:15 to 3:00 at the Athens Renaissance High School building. We also host a Zoom meeting so virtual students can attend.
What do we do?
We learn about different styles and techniques of art under Mrs. Boulineau's supervision and instruction.

October 2020 Meeting
On October 6th, we travelled to High Cotton Arts to see Mrs. Boulineau's works.
We studied composition.
November 2020 Meeting
On November 3rd, we learned about still-life sketching and contour drawings and made contour drawings.
December 2020 Meeting
On December 8th, we focused on calligraphy and made cards to give out over Winter Break.
January 2021 Meeting
On January 12th, we studied composition and learned about the photographers, Henri Cartier-Bresson and Walker Evans.
February 2021 Meeting
On February 2nd, we went to High Cotton Arts and discussed how to create an art magazine.
March & April 2021 Meetings
On March 2nd, Mrs. Boulineau and members shared poetry they had written and worked on the Online Journal.
