Cheer is an extremely inclusive sport and has the ability to bring together all types of people and bodies. With stunts, pyramids, tumblings, dances, and jumps, it proposes a constant challenge to do something bigger every time.

Description: The goal of Lower School Soccer is for children to have a desire to play. We aim to develop physical literacy and basic skills through adopting a skills’ based coaching method. Teams play small-sided games, which allow players an opportunity to express enjoyment and to develop their skills and 4 phases of play. Players learn to respect their teammates, opponents, coaches and officials at this level. Sportsmanship is introduced and enforced with this team.
Required Materials: Comfortable clothes that allow movement, appropriate soccer shoes, shinguards, sunscreen, water bottle, and a hair tie (if needed).

Description: Learning to play guitar at a young age can give kids a new appreciation for music and a creative outlet that they can use for the rest of their lives. Music itself is its own language. In fact, research has shown that children who learn to play an instrument, helps children to develop the left side of the brain, which is involved with understanding language -- and even learning a second language. Teaching kids to play guitar often requires a “fun-focused” approach compared to adults! This is what this club will strive to do.

Description: Jiu Jitsu will teach the BJJ fundamentals, such as takedowns, self-defense, respect for others, anti-bullying, respect the healthy life-style and more. Basically, it will take into consideration, adult BJJ curriculum, in a more fun and kid-friendly manner with a focus on defense and position. Students will learn how to work together as a team, while developing themselves as individuals. They will build on their self-esteem and self-discipline while learning to respect themselves and others. Girls and boys are combined for this team.
