Jason Hammond

Background:

Jason Hammond is the Middle/High School Librarian and Strategy Game Club advisor for the Silver Creek Central School District. In addition to helping students find great things to read, he collaborates closely with Silver Creek's teachers in order to support numerous research projects and classroom activities, such as the American Revolution Breakout Challenge and Medieval Demo Day. He also coordinates the school's annual American Library Association International Games Day event and the cross-curricular Mini Renaissance Faire. Prior to his work in the library, Jason taught Social Studies for eight years, the first five of which were spent in Las Vegas.
