This will be my sixth year at Sunset Hills and I am so excited for this year.  I grew up in Buffalo, New York.  I did most of my schooling in there but earned my master's here at GCU.  All of my family still lives in New York so I visit home whenever I can.  I have lived here for 14 years and still not used to the heat.   My husband and I have two very energetic, and imaginative children, and one on the way.  We have two furry family members, our two dogs.  Samson is a Shepherd Chihuahua mix and Shadow is a Shepherd. Recently we added three feathered friends to our family, love birds. 

Let me tell you a little bit about myself! I will be entering my 19th year as an educator. I have taught second grade for four years and this will be my fourteenth year teaching first grade. I also did one year as a long term substitute. This is my 16th year here at Sunset Hills and I love being a BOBCAT!! I graduated college from California State University, Long Beach. My husband and I were born and raised in Southern California. We moved to Arizona in 2005 and I began my teaching career. We have two baseball-loving boys, and a wild pup named Tracer!
