Meet the Teacher

This will be my 12th year teaching and third year in Dysart. I was at Valley Vista for the past two years. I am originally from West Virginia. Go Mountaineers! I moved to Indiana when I was 11 years old. I graduated from Purdue University Calumet with my Bachelor’s in Spanish and from the University of Phoenix with my Master’s in Secondary Education. I am currently working on my second Master’s in Spanish focusing on Linguistics from Arizona State University. I have traveled to Canada and to the Dominican Republic. The next places I would love to travel to are Spain and Costa Rica. I enjoy watching volleyball.
