Current Unit of Study

For September, we will be using the Unique curriculum to learn about rules in our lives including school rules, home rules, community rules etc. For science, we are learning about land forms and natural disasters. Our last hour, we work on life skills like cooking, washing tables, doing the dishes, folding laundry and more. The skills change each day of the week.

For October, we will be using the Unique curriculum to learn about force , motion and distance. For science, we are learning about animals, forces, machines and natural disasters. Our last hour, we work on life skills like cooking, washing tables, doing the dishes, folding laundry and more. The skills change each day of the week. Math we are working on Money, measurements, multiplication, and story problems. Ready to Work we are working on life skills such as cooking, crafts and daily living skills.

For November, will be using Unique Curriculum to learn about world history. For science we are working on natural disasters, insect life cycles and animals. Our last hour, we work on life skills like cooking, washing tables, doing the dishes, folding laundry and more. The skills change each day of the week. Math we are working on Money, measurements, multiplication, and story problems. Ready to Work we are working on life skills such as cooking, crafts and daily living skills.

All students are required to complete all classwork during school hours. Homework is not mandatory in my classroom.
