Welcome:

Hello and welcome to 8th grade!

I am an Arizona native and grew up in Avondale, just south of Dysart. I attended Boston University before returning home to receive my degree in elementary education from Arizona State University. This will be my fifth year teaching and my first year at Dysart; I can not wait for the journey to begin! Outside of the classroom I enjoy watching sporting events, traveling and staying active.

This year, the majority of students will be covering the 8th grade Common Core standards and a small group will be covering Algebra 1 and 2. This year will be challenging and rewarding as your students prepare for their high school career.
