Waiting for the Harvest

After Planting...

...the students will come back to the garden, very excited to see their plants. Imagine their surprise when there isn't a bountiful harvest awaiting their arrival! It's a common false belief by young children that Garden Club means harvesting fruits and vegetables every week. While you are waiting for the harvest to happen, which could be in a month, it's time to keep the students excited about gardening.

Here is a Sample of a Monthly Schedule:
