A little about myself... so you know who is spending the year with your kid!!

I spend most of my time with my family. I have 3 AMAZING kids- (I know everyone says that, but my kids are truly exceptional) Evan, is going into his Senior year at N.A.U. and studying Pre-med.

My daughter Allie is in her second year at Long Beach Community College and is playing soccer on scholarship.

And then there's Carter. Carter will be going into his Freshman year at SRHS. He loves extreme sports.

I am currently pursuing my Master's in Organizational Leadership at Ottawa University. I feel extremely blessed to have been provided this opportunity as most of this opportunity was on scholarship.

If I am not spending time with my family, I can usually be found serving at a Community Service Event or as a Youth Leader at Radiant Youth.

Teaching High School is a Career change for me. I was previously employed for several years in Law Enforcement- which I also enjoyed. I have been with the Dysart School District now for 8 years and have loved every minute of it!

I coached High School Softball for about five years both at the lower levels and Varsity at Valley Vista High School. I miss coaching but find there is just not enough time in the day for everything...

I am also a Club Sponsor for a Campus Ministry here at SRHS called Youth Alive. Youth Alive is a student led, faith based campus club where all are welcome. The club focus is to share the love of Jesus on their campus.
