My name is Kalah Masterson and I am the Social Worker here at Canyon Ridge School. I am an Arizona native and received both my bachelor's and master's degrees in social work from Arizona State University. I have previously worked with non-profit agencies to educate and promote empathy, problem solving, emotion regulation, communication, and safety.

Here at Canyon Ridge, I work with students, families, and staff to support social emotional learning (SEL) in order to help students achieve their greatest academic potential. I teach in classrooms, facilitate small groups, and meet with students one on one. I also support parents and guardians with resources and tools.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, wandering outdoors, kayaking, reading, and cooking. I am so excited to be here, and look forward to the opportunity to connect with you.
