Reading

Students will be reading from a variety of sources such as novels, Scholastic Scope, and our district text; Houghton Mifflin Harcourt.

Each week the students will be given the opportunity for extra credit. Attached to their weekly summaries will be reading fluency practice. Students need to read three times and then write a 5 sentence summary and turn in on the following Friday.
