I'm Jason Reagin, an international educator with 25+ years of experience. From a background in TV and radio production, I shifted to education with a master's in technological studies. Teaching in Atlanta led to an opportunity in Beijing, sparking my global journey.
In roles like MYP Coordinator and Middle School Principal, I've worked in China, Bermuda, and South Korea. Currently, I'm the MYP Coordinator and MS Curriculum Coach at the Western Academy of Beijing. Since 2008, I've been deeply involved with the International Baccalaureate.
In 2017, I founded the "Design Cast" podcast, exploring the question, 'How do you design education?' With 25,000+ downloads in 120+ countries, the podcast has 110+ episodes.

My name is Elyana Zawaideh. I am an IDU BQC Reviewer since 2017 and a certified Concept Based Trainer and Presenter since 2020. I have vast experience in teaching the English language in PYP and MYP and leading teams to achieve their full abilities as I embarked on multiple roles starting from being a primary teacher, team leader, middle school leader, and subject coordinator.
