27th August 2026. The webinar brings together distinguished experts from practice and academia to discuss an emerging category of human rights – digital rights. Special attention will be devoted to the rights of the most vulnerable individuals, groups, and communities, including children, women, persons with disabilities, racial minorities, and Indigenous peoples. The participants will address the challenges of interpreting and realising fundamental rights in an increasingly digitalised environment.

With Dr Nupur Chowdhury, Dr Mandira Narain and Prabhat Mishra to discuss liability and governance nuances of automated traffic enforcement in India. This paper is slated to be discussed at the 2026 ALSA Law and Technology Conference.

16th July 2026. Nieh is a researcher with Center for International Trade Policy and a PhD candidate with NYCU Law. She visited us from Taiwan. She will be presenting her paper 'Unregulable by Design: Export Controls and the Structural Limits of Autonomous Weapons Governance' at our conference.
