How it works

Three short parts

🎯 Your interests. 30 quick activities from the O*NET Interest Profiler, the U.S. Department of Labor's interest survey. Tap a face from "Strongly dislike" to "Strongly like."

🧭 How you like to work. 50 short statements about your work style, plus what you want in a job and what you'd rather avoid.

📍 Your goals. Your state (or country, if you live outside the U.S.), the yearly pay you're aiming for, and your education.

How we match you

We combine your interests, your work style, typical pay in your state and the education each career needs. Careers that need more education than you have, or that pay well below what you want, are left off your list. Outside the U.S.? We match you on fit alone and show typical U.S. pay for reference only.
