Physical Education is required of all students unless they are exempt for reasons stated in the school code. The goal of physical education is to develop movement skills as well as develop and maintain physical fitness. In the complete physical education program there is an attempt to nurture an interest and desire to participate in lifetime recreational activities for fitness and enjoyment. Cardiovascular activities and resistance training will be implemented in the daily routine. Strength and Conditioning will also be offered for the advanced, dedicated, self-directed and serious student/athlete. The primary focus of the class will be to improve strength, speed and quickness through core and auxiliary lifts as provided by instructor. Supplementary exercises and programs will be used when athletes have to lift on a game day. Students will have the ability to also participate in limited regular PE activities and also work on sport specific activities when allowed. All students enrolled in physical education are required to purchase and utilize school issued uniforms and locks for the locker room. Bowling fees will be issued based on the number of days we bowl.
