A Little about me:

My name is Kris Turton, I have been been producing rental property reports and inventories in a self employed capacity for a little under 10 years. I started out my career in the rental industry as an employed lettings negotiator in 2010, quickly becoming a lettings manager by 2012 before going solo as an inventory clerk in mid 2014. 

Since 2014 I have consistently developed my skill set to offer a variety of services including efficient reporting, Appliance testing and legionella assessments. I pride myself on the thoroughness of my reports, offering a premium service at competitive pricing.
