Education:  

I graduated from Dawson-Boyd High School in 2011

  I graduated from South Dakota State University with a degree in Human Development and Family Studies  in 2014

I received my Masters in Special Education in 2024 from Minnesota State University Mankato

I am so excited to be at the Dawson-Boyd School District! After graduation, I worked at Lac qui Parle County Family Services as a Case Manager from 2014-2019. In 2019, I worked with Greater Minnesota Family Services as a School and Family Mental Health Counselor at the Montevideo Education Learning Center. The 2020-2021 school year was my first year as a teacher at Dawson-Boyd High School and I cannot be any happier! I started my graduate school journey the 2021-2022 school year.  I finished Masters and Special Education licensure for Academic Behavioral Strategist in 2024. 

My husband, Jarrett, and I have been married since 2014. Our daughter, Peyton, was born in 2018. We added our second daughter, Lennon,  to our family on September 5, 2021. Maddyn, our third daughter, was born in April of 2024.
