Welcome!
I am very excited to be the principal at Dawson-Boyd High School and so happy to have my family be a part of this community! Growing up in Clinton, Minnesota, I love and appreciate small communities where there is great support for the programs within the school.
My goal is to help Dawson-Boyd High School continue its excellence and make it even better. I believe strongly in students being actively engaged in and out of the classroom. Participation in the arts, athletics and other organizations enhances the educational experience of our young people.
We will continue to have high expectations of our students at Dawson-Boyd High School. My three expectations for myself, our staff and students are:
1 - Work hard and give our best effort. Mistakes will happen, but we learn and grow from them.
2 - Have fun. Enjoy coming to DBHS each day and find times to laugh.
3 - Respect and kindness for all. Everyone at DBHS will be supported and treated with respect and kindness.
