Illustrative Mathematics Curriculum

Illustrative Mathematics is a new math curriculum that DVUSD has decided to pilot during the 2018-2019 school year. Students will continue to learn and target the Arizona College and Career Ready Standards using a hands on student centered approach. A student version of every unit and lesson readily accessible for each student to view. Every lesson inlcudes a student facing task, practice problems and a glossary. There are also student interactive applets for some lessons.

Help and support your child at home with mathematics. A full explanation and prior knowledge of each unit and lesson is readily available at this site to refresh your mind so that anyone can help their 6th grade child learn math.
