Crisis Intervention Team Values

Prevention: We believe in identifying the underlying issues creating police calls and reducing them.

Collaboration: We understand that working together is key to providing the best possible services to our consumers. We constantly work to expand our network of partners in healthcare, public safety, government, and academia.

Diversion: We strive to connect individuals with behavioral health services with the goal of reducing involvement in the criminal justice system.

Professional Development: We continuously work to improve our skills and learn more about all aspects of behavioral health and to share our knowledge and experience with the Department at large.
