Mission: To play jazz like no one has ever played jazz before.

Activities Include: The Jazz Ensemble plays jazz. Rehearsal is every Tuesday night from 6-7:30pm and we play concerts and community events.

Mission: To provide all DHS students access to understand, analyze, and perform contemporary musical genres including jazz, funk, rock, latin, and more.

Activities Include: Evening rehearsals and a couple of performances or gigs a year.

DHS Jazz Band with Mr. Dow is fun and laid back atmosphere to enjoy contemporary music!

Mission: The Duxbury Symphony Orchestra (DSO) provides an engaging full orchestra experience to DHS music students. 

Activities Include: We will rehearse Mondays 5:30pm-7pm in the band room and perform at music concerts throughout the year.
