The Youth Achievement Program is seeking volunteer TABE Instructors to support youth and adult learners preparing for TABE Reading, Language, Math, and Writing. No teaching experience required - just patience, encouragement, and a desire to make a real impact.

- Work with learners 1:1 or in small groups
- Support foundational skills in reading, language, writing, and math
- Use structured, ready-to-go lessons (no prep needed)
- Encourage learners, celebrate progress, and help them build confidence
- Partner with staff to ensure students get the support they need

Monday - Thursday:
- 10 am - 11:30 am
12:30 pm - 2 pm
3 pm - 4:30 pm
5 pm - 6:30 pm
- Virtual or in‑person options
- 3 month commitment
- Flexible scheduling - serve weekly, biweekly, or as a substitute.
