Our Lesson Preparation Volunteers work behind the scenes to organize worksheets, assemble lesson packets, and prepare digital materials that tutors use every week. This role is perfect for anyone who loves structure, checklists, and making things run beautifully.

- Are comfortable using Google Docs, PDFs, or Canva templates
- Can follow simple step‑by‑step instructions
- Want to support students without tutoring
- Can commit 1–3 hours per week
- Care about helping families and building community
