Students enrolled in NWIOS and live within the Duneland District boundaries are issued a device to use to complete online learning. Students in grades K-8 students receive an iPad, and students in grades 9-12 students receive a Windows laptop. If you encounter technical difficulties with your device, consult the resources below to help you resolve the issue. You may also submit a tech ticket to receive help from one of the Duneland School Corporation techs.
To submit a tech ticket through https://duneland.incidentiq.com/ with a detailed description of the issue. The IT Department will work to resolve the issue for you.
