Growth Mindset

Having a growth mindset is HUGE! We really stress a growth mindset in fourth grade as material gets harder and making mistakes becomes more frequent. We want students to understand that mistakes are learning expericences and should be celebrated! A great way for them to develop a growth mindset is to make sure that they are practicing using a growth mindset at home too. A growth mindset is a great way to encourage students to continue to do their best even when things get tough!
