New Teacher Orientation is an opportunity for new-to-district professionals to experience what it means to be a Duncanville ISD educator. You will learn more about the district and how you will commit to our vision, mission, and values. Get ready to 'write success stories, one student at a time.'
Length of New Teacher Induction: 3 days (8:00AM - 4:00PM)

During this time you will:
Gain an understanding of our district's mission, vision and goals.
Become acquainted with the people, resources and services available to you.
Participate in professional development opportunities.
Review and understand the T-TESS Evaluation Tool.
