Grade level teams will meet twice a week. One day for reading and another day for math planning.
Teams will utilize District Curriculum Guides to plan TEKS aligned experiences, so all students have access to the same knowledge and skills regardless of the teacher to whom they are assigned.
Teams will create SMART goals and action plans based on students’ needs that align with building and district goals.
Teams will focus on improving achievement for all students. PLTs will use student work, formative assessments, summative assessments, and standardized achievement data as evidence of student learning.
