Republics Around the World

Founded after a war for independence from Britain, the US is the world's wealthiest and most powerful nation.

The world's most populated country with 1.4 billion people, India has been growing from a regional power into a major player on the world stage. 

The United States' southern neighbor is also a republic. They are an economic and political ally of the US, though the relationship has had its share of conflict, notably previous wars and ongoing tension over immigration.
