We are 5 countries and 6 partners in this project (Croatia, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Turkey). It is a two years project. Education has undergone major changes in recent years with the development of technology. The teachers are looking for new ways for learners could develop their creativity, collaboration, the use of critical thinking skills as well as enhance their motivation and engagement factor. Since learners of new generation consider smart technologies to be their everyday routine, we think it is necessary to use smart technologies efficiently in teaching/learning process. This project will help all the participants to acquire, develop and improve key e-competences which enable them to be competent workers and citizens.

The specific aims / needs to be addressed include:

- Personal growth: to increase self confidence and independence, to improved decision making and problem solving skills;

- Academic growth: to enhance interest in academic study ,to influence subsequent educational experiences;

-Intercultural development: to better understanding of the individual’s own cultural values and biases, to fosters inter-cultural understandings, to influenced to seek greater diversity of international relationships;

-Educational and career advancement: to acquired skills that influence a career path , to ignite an interest in a career direction, to gain international contacts for post study opportunities;

-Improved language skills: Basic understanding of different languages;

- This project will help all participants to acquire, develop and improve key digital skills that will enable them to be competent workers and citizens.

- In our project, we will use the wide variety of mobile applications and Web 2.0 tools. We have therefore planned activities throughout the project where the technology will be presented and used effectively in teaching and learning environments.

- We have defined key objectives, both for teachers and students, beneficiaries of the project, which must be achieved through project activities, which will be developed at the local and transnational level:

- A students exchange on topics and cultural aspects in special "rooms" forums for discussion on twinspace;

- Active, collaborative and digital teaching methods will allow us to include a wide range of students;

- There will be evaluation surveys after all meetings.

- Each one of us will share our best practices and ideias about how to deal with the project topics in schools interacting with families and local communities;

- Ebook with " Learning Scenarios" with guidelines for EU and other schools to implement. It will give the schools and teachers involved in the project and future users the possibility to make their own teaching more efficient, varied, interesting and innovative;

- The results of the project will be integrated into the educational activities of the different schools;

- Public Twinspace / project website / social media channels.
