Virtual Calm & Cozy Corner

Since we can't all be together at school and use the calm and cozy corner in my office, I thought we could take it online and have a VIRTUAL calm and cozy corner for everyone to use! There are so many things you might be feeling right now, from stress or worry, to anger, confusion, or excitement. And no matter what those feelings may be, this is a space for you to come and know that you and your feelings matter, and there is always something that can help! Here you can take some time to breathe, find an activity to help you feel calm, relax and enjoy your favorite music, dance out your worries, be creative, take a brain break, or use this space as a positive way to start your day!
