This ensemble is for the most advanced musicians of the school and features major jazz styles of moderate to difficult music, including swing, Latin, light rock, funk, and big band. Students should have at least one year of previous experience on their instrument(s). Jazz Band members also perform in the Marching Band. Rehearsals for Marching Band commence in February and are held after school. Attendance at all rehearsals and performances outside of the school day are required. Enrollment is by audition only.
