What does the Facilities Master Plan Committee do?
The Facilities Master Plan Committee (FMPC) assists in the development of the educational program visioning concepts, guiding principle themes, input on the conceptual school site master plan diagrams and prioritization of proposed projects to bring forward to the Board of Trustees as a recommendation.
Who is on the Facilities Master Plan Committee and how were they selected?
The FMPC group consists of a broad representation of key stakeholders in the District. The District Optimization Committee (DOC) was expanded to become the FMPC for the master planning process which concludes in March 2016. Additional participants were identified by District staff and the Board of Trustees to include individuals that were either solicited by the District or volunteered to participate. Members are responsible for being an advocate in the group for their particular expertise and interest.
