Please take time as a family to review the information provided on events, how to schedule your classes and how to select a music class.

KMS T-Shirt Request Form- Class of 2031!
In just a few months, your child will be entering the wonderful world of middle school. We would like to welcome all our new 6th grade students to the Karrer family with a small gift from the KMS PTO. Please complete the KMS 5th to 6th T-Shirt Google Form no later than May 24 to ensure your child receives this gift. The shirts will be delivered at sixth grade orientation at Karrer in August!
Spring Athletic Event/Meet the Principals!
You're Invited! Monday, April 29
Who: All incoming fifth graders to KMS and their families
Why: We want to meet you :)
When: Monday, April 29 from 5:00-7:00 pm. Come and go as you please!
What: Karrer Athletic Events and meet the Principal's Event! Please plan to join us at one of our four athletic events on Monday, 4/29 at KMS. We will host home games/matches for Boy's Tennis, Softball, 8th grade Baseball and Boy's Lacrosse that evening.
Please plan to wear your "KMS 2031" Rubber Bracelet that evening to get into events for free and to get your free snow cone! Come to the tent in the field to meet your principals and get your snowcone! There will be handouts about fall events and ways to get involved in middle school, in addition to PTO items for purchase! We hope to see you there!

Karrer School Counselors work with students for all three years that they are in our building. Broken down alphabetically by last name, your child's counselor is listed to the left of this text box. Please note that all three counselors have extensive backgrounds in working with all three grade levels, and are looking forward to adding our incoming students to their caseloads.
In addition to our three school guidance counselors, we will have two full time mental health specialists at Karrer next year to support our students' social and emotional needs.
Our counseling team is here to help with anything needed to make your child's transition to middle school as positive as possible! Whether you have questions about lockers, scheduling classes, or are just feeling a bit overwhelmed by the middle school shift, they are here to help! Please reach out- we can't wait to meet you!
