If you are a student in need of working papers, please complete the applicable employment form and return to the Counseling Office. Please also bring a copy of your current (less than 12 months old) physical exam with the completed form. If you are a graduate of Duanesburg High School and in need of your high school transcript, please email Mrs. Walsh at awalsh@duanesburg.org with the following information:

Your full name (maiden name, if applicable)
Date of Birth
Year of Graduation
Where your transcript needs to be sent

NOTE- please allow at least 24 hours for a transcript request to be processed
