I am currently working on Bayes Approach and Emulation for Environmental Policy Integarted Climate (EPIC) simulator big data outputs (>>20TB) of various crops over time in response to key inputs such as crop rotation, fertilizer levels, land management, weather conditions, and other environmental variables.
Computing the emulator for quantitative data set is comparatively easier, however, when it comes to qualitative data it becomes very complicated. Therefore, our primary aim is to build a noble framework for Bayes emulation in the context of a mixed data set.
As part of my research endeavour, we have also explored the Gaussian Process Emulation and Bayesian hierarchical Complex Computer Modelling framework, and crop yield modelling for the simulated outputs. My research areas also include uncertainty and optimality analysis considering the loss arising from different environmental indicators as well as history matching.
