I am a first year graduate student pursuing Master of Science in Computer Science at Columbia University in the city of New York. Prior to joining Columbia University, I was working with Dr. Mukesh Prasad at Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology at the University of Technology, Sydney on multimodal analysis and prediction of Alzheimer's Disease. I worked as a research associate at UTS since April, 2020. I was a summer research student at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill during summer 2021. I also worked at the AI-ML-NLP lab at IIT Patna as a research assistant.
My areas of research interest mainly include machine learning and deep learning with special focus on Natural Language Processing for healthcare and social good. You can find my latest publications here.
My hobbies include reading non-fiction, playing sitar, trekking, and watching movies. I also actively participate in teaching the underprivileged students through various organizations.
