Pursuant to DSWD MC 18 Series of 2024 “Omnibus Guidelines Guidelines Governing the Registration and Licensing of Social Welfare and Development Agencies and Accreditation of Social Welfare and Development Programs and Services” - Clause XIV, mandates the conduct of announced and/or spot monitoring activities to SWDAs during the validity of Certificate of License to Operate and/or Certificate of Accreditation, to ensure sustained compliance on the set standards and requirements along the implementation of SWD programs and services.
