By the end of this course, participants will be able to effectively manage and direct hybrid events, ensuring seamless coordination between in-person and virtual elements, through the application of stage management and floor directing skills
At the end of the 5-day Workshop, the participants will be able to:
Explain and discuss the roles and responsibilities of stage managers and floor directors in hybrid events;
Develop a comprehensive plan for hybrid events, considering both in-person and virtual elements;
Demonstrate effective management of the physical state and virtual space to ensure seamless transitions between segments;
Develop strategies for crisis management, including handling technical failures or last-minute changes; and
Demonstrate various engagement techniques for both in-person and online audiences.
