The Grievance Redress System (GRS) is a set of organized procedures established to address and settle issues that stem from the implementation of Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino program. The main objective of the GRS is to facilitate due process in resolving complaints at the earliest possible time. Program vulnerabilities determined in the course of resolution are also examined in order to effect necessary refinements in program operations.
