Republic Act 10868 or the Centenarians Act of 2016 gives due recognition to Filipino citizens, both in the Philippines and abroad, who reached the age of 100 years old. The Act mandated the Department to provide the centenarian benefit of Php 100,000.00, Letter of Felicitation and Posthumous Plaque of Recognition, at the national level.
