CONFIRMATION REPORT ON THE ORIENTATION CONDUCTED ON MARCH 24, 2023 

MINUTES OF THE MEETING ON THE ORIENTATION CONDUCTED ON MARCH 24, 2023 

This is in reference to the conducted Orientation on the BFIRST Project, Project Management Unit and Re-Discussing the Terms of Reference (TOR) for the Development of Crisis Intervention Services System (CrISS) last 24 March 2023, via google meet. The orientation was facilitated by the following staff from the Program Management Bureau-Crisis Intervention Division (PMB-CID) namely:

1. Dir. Rolando D. Villacorta Jr. 

2. Ms. Roanne Dee K. Ilhig

3. Carl C. Labado

4. Nehemiah J. Hipos 

5. Ms. Marianne F. Fonte

6. Arron Paul D. Lazo

During the said online meeting, the PMB-CID, through its Information Technology and System Unit (ITSU), provided Technical Assistance (TA) to the following personnel: (i) DSWD Central Office and field offices (Regions I-XIII, CAR, CARAGA, and NCR) Crisis Intervention Section Heads; (ii) Social Welfare and Development (SWAD) Satellite Offices representatives; and (iii) Regional Information Communication Technology Management and Services (R-ICTMS) representatives (iv) Finance Management and Services (FMS); (v) Policy Development and Planning Bureau (PDBP), with a total of 102  participants. 

The representative of Beneficiary FIRST Project-Project Management Unit, Mr. Gil Tuparan shared an information on the BFIRST Project, and the PMB-CID ITSU members, Mr. Carl C. Labado and Mr. Arron Paul D. Lazo, also provided an overview, updates, and detailed discussion on the CrISS TOR. The virtual orientation highlighted the presentation of the following:

1. BFIRST Briefer: Social Protection Delivery Systems;

2. BFIRST Loan Breakdown, Performance Based Conditions;

3. CRISS Project Conceptualization;

4. CRISS TOR; and

5. Updates and other matters.

The TA intended to forewarn the aforementioned stakeholders accurately about the BFIRST Project and the development of CrISS  and requesting their involvement in all upcoming activities and the proactive plan that the PMB-CID will establish. Lastly, the said discussion is an avenue to gather the FOs recommendations to develop the project further.
