The Anti Red Tape Unit of DSWD12 recently conducted among its focals and secretariats a meeting and re-orientation activity on Internal Quality Audit, Document Control, Knowledge Management, Risk Management and 7s of Good Housekeeping on June 20, 2024 at The Farm, Koronadal City.
Forty (40) participants on face-to-face and 45 online participants attended the said activity.
It was graced by the Assistant Regional Director Bonifacio V. Selma.
An inspirational message was given by Asec. Rodolfo M. Santos where he stressed the importance of abiding by the anti-red tape guidelines.
Resource Persons were the Technical Working Group Team Leads from CART Central Office.
DSWD ARTU XII conducted Re-orientation on 7s of Good Housekeeping to new Focals and Secretariats on June 28, 2024 via online flatform which was participated by 68 online participants. The Resource Person were the TWG members from CART Central Office.
The 2nd quarter Management Review was conducted on July 2, 2024 and was attended by MANCOM and Program Heads at AOC, Carpenter Hill, Koronadal City.
Immediately after the conduct of the First Focals and Secretariats' meeting conducted by the CART on June 21, 2024, the DSWD12 created a Technical Working Group on the establishment of DSWD ARTU XII Portal. The newly-created portal was presented to RD Cabaya for inputs on July 4, 2024 and was shared to MANCOM and Program Heads for inputs and further enhancement. The link of the said Portal was submitted to CART on July 5, 2024. DSWD ARTU XII Portal will be launched during the Regional General Assembly on July 15, 2024 at The Farm. This portal will showcase the salient features of the RA 11032 and the QMS and EODB compliances. News on various activities underwent by the staff of the regional office on these compliances were highlighted. Quarterly Reports will also be uploaded to this portal. Menu on Client's Grievance is also included where issues and concerns of the customers will be given priority and attention while giving commendation to all DSWD staff who provided excellent public service delivery to the customers in the Client's Corner. Awards and recognition will be given to most EODB and QMS compliant offices. Announcements will also be posted in this portal to facilitate easy information dissemination.
Series of inspection to all offices in the FO XII will be conducted by DSWD ARTU Focal and Secretariats to ensure compliance of the office to EODB and QMS requirements.
A series of inspection to all offices in the FO XII was recently conducted by DSWD ARTU Focal and Secretariats from June 11-28, 2024 to ensure compliance of the office to EODB and QMS requirements.
Said inspection activity include the checking of Standard Operating Procedures, the compliance of each offices, highlighting the processes and the required timeline as well as the presence of staff to deliver quality services to the clients.
In a bid to competitively improve the processes in delivering services, the DSWD12 will soon award the Most EODB and QMS compliant offices and Early Birds in the submission of reportorial requirements.
The awarding ceremony is set in July 2024 during the Regional PRAISE Awards.
Categories include: Most Compliant Division, PCO, SWADT/CIU, Center for 1st semester 2024 and Earliest Birds.
Internal Quality Audit Team leader Jan Dave O. Ogatis held a meeting with the Internal Quality Auditors and other new IQA team members on July 10, 2024 at The Farm. This activity is in preparation for the upcoming internal quality audit on June 29 to Aug. 5, 2024 for ISO Re certification in September 2024.
The Department of Social Welfare and Development Field Office 12 will soon award Early Birds on the submission of the EODB and QMS Reports.
These EODB and QMS Reports include Zero Backlog, CSMR, CC, Digitalization Initiatives, PSDIP/R, among others.
The Risk Management team had their 1st semester 2024 meeting at ARDO's office on July 9, 2024. Philip Leonard Escueta as the Regional Risk Management Focal provided ways forward to his team for a clear direction.
