FORMAT OF PARTICIPATION

The conference will be held in a hybrid format (offline and online). Its aim is to promote scientific contacts and discussions between researchers from various fields of semiconductor physics. All materials are in electronic format


The work of the conference will be heard invited plenary and oral sectional reports, a there will also be a presentation and review poster reports.

PUBLICATION OF MATERIALS

The presented reports will be recommended by the program committee for publication in scientific and technological journals: «Journal of Physics Studies», « Physics and Сhemistry of Solid State», “Visnyk of the Lviv University. Series Physics” and “Material Today: Proceedings”. Note for authors: it will be necessary to prepare your manuscripts according to journal requirements and send it to the editorial board of appropriate journal.
